Refund policy

We do not accept returns. Instead, we ask that you contact us to receive a full refund. Simply send us an email stating the order number, the issue, and a photo of the item within 14 days of purchase. We will then review your request and issue a refund if needed. After that, you can either keep the item or donate it.
